Ingredientes:
250 g de pasta de hojaldre
400 g de almendras picadas finas
100 g de harina
115 g de azúcar
115 ml de agua
4 huevos
Preparación:
Poner un cazo al fuego con el agua y el azúcar y dejar hervir durante unos minutos. Cuando llegue al punto de hebra fina apartar del fuego y reservar.
En un cuenco, mezclar la harina con las almendras picadas, el almibar y los huevos, Mezclar hasta conseguir una pasta bien ligada.
Una vez la masa esté en su punto, dejar reposar durante unos 30 minutos.
Untar un molde para tarta de 2-3 cm de alto con mantequilla y forrarlo después con la pasta de hojaldre.
Verter sobre el hojaldre la masa preparada anteriormente e introducir en el horno, precalentado a 175 °C, Cocer al rededor de 35 o 40 minutos.
Retirar del horno y dejar enfriar antes de servir.
